6 Mountains will be hosting guerrilla tea tastings throughout the city this summer. Having spent much of the Spring inside at our Marpole offices, it feels time to reconnect with nature and to share tea with people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to taste vintage Pu Erh tea.

Some might say that hot tea on a hot day is an odd choice; however, I have it on good authority — from a man I met in India — that hot spice and beverage can make one feel cool on a hot day. That was not the case for me last year when making tea with Bryce at Third Beach in Stanley Park, wearing a black suit.

Will put the theory to the test again this year, this time dressed more appropriately — maybe.
